Football Recap: Decatur Central Hawks vs. Columbus North Bull Dogs
Decatur Central couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 41-15 to the Columbus North Bull Dogs on Friday. The Hawks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-7.
Decatur Central wouldn't let Columbus North keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force four fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Kasmir Hicks, Maurice Carter, and Braylon Morris picked up one apiece.
