It was a good run, but Ocean City unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell to the Wildwood Catholic Crusaders 56-52. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Crusaders earlier this season, when they won 45-40.

Ocean City's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-3. As for Wildwood Catholic, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ocean City will venture away from home to challenge Millville at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wildwood Catholic, they will square off against Holy Spirit at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
