Football Recap: Oberlin Comes Up Short

Oberlin lost against Firelands back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Phoenix were outmatched by the Falcons and fell 50-20. The Phoenix have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oberlin now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Firelands, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Oberlin is set to square off against their familiar foe Wellington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Firelands will challenge rival Clearview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
