Volleyball Recap: Silver Stage's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Silver Stage can bid farewell to their 16-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the EnCompass Academy Explorers. The Nighthawks not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 12, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11, 25-16.

Priscilla Hesselguesser paced Silver Stage's offense, picking up five kills. Hesselguesser got some help from Robin Smith and her three assists. Paige Winter controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-19. As for enCompass Academy, their record is now 0-4.

Looking ahead, Silver Stage will head out on the road to square off against Oasis Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Nighthawks are facing the Bighorns at the right time seeing as the Bighorns are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. EnCompass Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
