It's playoff time, and Mishawaka Marian had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies 3-0 on Saturday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-2  back in August.
 Adele Macer paced Mishawaka Marian's offense, picking up 15 kills. Macer got some help from  Bri Lundy and her 34 assists.  Jenna VanBruaene controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Mishawaka Marian is  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-11 record  this season. As for Plymouth,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at five matches  and leaves them with a 20-12 record.
 Mishawaka Marian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  3-1  win against New Prairie on the 18th. Plymouth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
