Volleyball Recap: Kamiak Continues Home Dominance on Monday + How To Watch

Kamiak hadn't done well against Jackson recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Knights walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Timberwolves. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Despite the defeat, Jackson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Candley Dengah had five digs and two aces.

Kamiak pushed their record up to 3-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Jackson, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kamiak is set to square off against their familiar foe Cascade at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Jackson will face off against rival Glacier Peak at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
