Soccer Recap: Swansea Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Swansea duked it out with Lexington on Thursday. The Tigers fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1. If Swansea were looking for revenge after losing 6-0 to Lexington when the teams met back in April of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Swansea's goal came courtesy of Juel Rivers, who's now up to 13 this season.

Swansea's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Lexington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-6.

As of now, neither Swansea nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
