Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Rockport walked away with it. Their defense stepped up to hand the West Boylston Lions a 3-0 shutout on Wednesday. The result kept Rockport happy, as they haven't lost a game since October 7th.

Rockport's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4-6. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for West Boylston, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.
