Volleyball Recap: Lebo Comes Up Short

The Lebo Wolves came up short against the Axtell Eagles on Saturday and fell 2-0.

While Lebo ultimately came up short, they really made Axtell work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-16.

Lebo has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-24-1 record this season. As for Axtell, their victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-13.

Lebo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Waverly on the 25th. As for Axtell, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Hartford on the 25th.
