Basketball Recap: Karnes City Badgers vs. Poth Pirates
Karnes City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 67-42 to the Poth Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 74-42 back in January.
Despite the loss, Karnes City still got an impressive performance from Rodrick Vasquez, who went 7-for-15 en route to 17 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Troy Currie, who posted five points and five boards.
