Mason Richter was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Tucker Teats, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
Central Mountain's record now sits at 2-0. As for Selinsgrove, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Central Mountain skirted past Selinsgrove 1-0 in their previous meeting back in April of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Central Mountain since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
