Basketball Recap: Pioneer Takes a Loss

Pioneer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 64-29 to the Peshtigo Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. If the Pioneers were looking for revenge after losing 63-33 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Pioneer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Peshtigo, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

Pioneer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 66-25 win against Huron on the 17th. As for Peshtigo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 79-36 loss against Kewaunee on the 17th.
