Volleyball Game Preview: Shullsburg Miners vs. Belmont Braves

The Shullsburg Miners will square off against the Belmont Braves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Shullsburg's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Belmont has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Last Thursday, Shullsburg came up short against Highland and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 23-25, 25-23, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Belmont got the win against Black Hawk on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Belmont's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Shullsburg, their loss dropped their record down to 17-8.

Shullsburg took their victory against Belmont in their previous meeting on October 2nd by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Miners repeat their success, or do the Braves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
