Basketball Recap: Shawnee Comes Up Short

Shawnee lost against Seneca back in January of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Shawnee Golden Eagles came up short against the Seneca Red Hawks, falling 66-40.

Shawnee dropped their record down to 7-14 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Seneca, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-18 record this season.

Shawnee has already played their next game, an 80-49 loss against DuPont Manual on the 14th. As for Seneca, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 82-55 defeat against Ballard on the 13th.
