Softball Recap: Holliday Takes a Loss

Holliday was the 17-7 winner over Henrietta when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Holliday Eagles fell 11-6 to the Henrietta Bearcats on Monday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holliday's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-1. As for Henrietta, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season.

While Holliday had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
