Volleyball Recap: Good Hope Victorious

Good Hope posted their closest win since September 16th on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Scottsboro Wildcats 2-1.

Emma Herring paced Good Hope's offense, picking up 11 kills. Herring got some help from Campbell Koch and her 28 assists. Caselyn Whatley controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Good Hope's win bumped their record up to 24-19. As for Scottsboro, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-24.

Good Hope wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against St. Clair County on the 11th. As for Scottsboro, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Guntersville on the 14th.
