The Habersham School came into Friday's contest looking for another win against Faith Baptist Christian Academy, but Sophie Sellars wouldn't allow it. The Crusaders narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Patriots 42-39 thanks in part to Sellars, who posted 19 points and five steals. Faith Baptist Christian Academy is undefeated when Sellars posts 15 or more points, but 2-4 otherwise.

Another player making a difference was Alaura Hutton, who earned seven points in addition to seven boards and three steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The win made it two in a row for Faith Baptist Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 5-4. As for The Habersham School, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Coming up, Faith Baptist Christian Academy will venture away from home to face off against Frederica Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for The Habersham School, they will host Savannah Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Patriots are facing the Raiders at the right time seeing as the Raiders are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
