Softball Recap: East Pennsboro Finds Home Field Redemption Against Northeastern

There's no place like home for East Pennsboro, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Northeastern Bobcats on Thursday as they made off with a 15-4 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by eight runs or more this season.

East Pennsboro has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Northeastern, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Pennsboro will host Harrisburg at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northeastern, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Red Lion at 4:15 p.m. on the 28th.
