Volleyball Recap: Heritage Triumphs

Heritage hadn't done well against Fort Collins recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lambkins. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Lambkins walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2019.

The victory got Heritage back to even at 1-1. As for Fort Collins, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Heritage will be playing at home against Arapahoe at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort Collins, they will take on Dakota Ridge in a tournament on Saturday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Lambkins surely won't give up without a fight.
