Baseball Recap: Cresskill Takes a Loss

Cresskill fell victim to Don Bosco Prep and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 16-0 to the Ironmen. It was the first time this season that the Cougars let down their fans at home.

Cresskill's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6-1. As for Don Bosco Prep, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cresskill will welcome Park Ridge at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Don Bosco Prep, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wayne Hills at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Ironmen 2.2, the Patriots 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
