Softball Recap: Clint Lions vs. Mountain View Lobos
Clint can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They never let the Mountain View Lobos onto the board and left with a 19-0 win. The victory was just what Clint needed coming off of a 10-0 defeat in their prior matchup.
Nichole Flores made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Flores has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances. In other batting news, Clint got a massive performance out of Delilah Ortiz, who went 3-for-4 with a home run, six RBI, and two runs. Kenni Giraud was another key contributor, going 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs.
