Reed-Custer had to endure a four-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the St. Anne Cardinals by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The Comets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cardinals, too.

Reed-Custer easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-21.

Reed-Custer's victory bumped their record up to 3-15. As for St. Anne, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-5.

Reed-Custer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Streator on the 27th. As for St. Anne, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Hall on the 27th.
