Softball Recap: Wilmington Comes Up Short

Wilmington fell victim to Saegertown and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Greyhounds have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Wilmington's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Saegertown, they pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Wilmington nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
