Softball Game Preview: Harrison Hornets vs. Manton Rangers

The Harrison Hornets will square off against the Manton Rangers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Harrison has given up an average of 9.8 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Harrison lost 15-3 to Ogemaw Heights on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Manton had just enough and edged out Brethren 18-16 on Saturday.

The victory got Manton back to even at 2-2. As for Harrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything went Harrison's way against Manton in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Harrison made off with a 14-4 win. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Rangers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
