Basketball Recap: Highland Park Comes Up Short

If Highland Park was feeling good fresh off their 58-25 takedown of Niles North two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Highland Park Giants had to suffer through a 62-20 loss at the hands of the DePaul College Prep Rams. The game marked the Giants' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Highland Park's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for DePaul College Prep, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Highland Park and Warren Township will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for DePaul College Prep, they will venture away from home to take on Providence Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
