Volleyball Recap: Charleston Collegiate Wins Going Away Against St. John's Christian Academy

Charleston Collegiate had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt St. John's Christian Academy on Tuesday. The Sundevils put the hurt on the Cavaliers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Sundevils were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Cavaliers, so the Sundevils were just returning the favor.

Charleston Collegiate never let St. John's Christian Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-22, 25-20.

Josie Mitchell was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 19 aces and ten kills. Evie Baslow was another key player, getting 15 kills and three digs.
