Bear Creek is a perfect 6-0 against Franklin since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 6:00 p.m. Bear Creek will be strutting in after a win while Franklin will be coming in after a loss.

Last Thursday, Bear Creek earned a 3-1 victory over Venture Academy.

Bear Creek was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-13, 23-25, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Franklin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Campus.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Bear Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Bear Creek took their win against Franklin in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bear Creek since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
