Softball Recap: Columbus North Bull Dogs vs. Bloomington North Cougars

Columbus North extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 5-4 in the process. Everything went their way against the Bloomington North Cougars as they made off with a 15-2 win. The Bull Dogs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Payton Morris made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). In other batting news, Columbus North let Lily Retz and Summer Williams run wild.
