It's playoff time, and Gloucester City had no trouble coming through when it counted. They had just enough and edged out the Sterling Silver Knights 4-3. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Gloucester City's win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Sterling, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Coming up, Gloucester City will challenge Medford Tech on Wednesday. The Jaguars' pitching crew has only allowed 2.6 runs per game this season, so the Lions' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Sterling does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
