Football Game Preview: Alcoa Tornadoes vs. Heritage Mountaineers + How To Watch

After each having a week off, the Alcoa Tornadoes and the Heritage Mountaineers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Alcoa is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Last Friday, Alcoa was fully in charge, breezing past South-Doyle 38-7. The result was nothing new for the Tornadoes, who have now won six games by 31 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Heritage came up short against William Blount two weeks ago and fell 34-27. The Mountaineers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alcoa will have to contain Thomas Bowers as he made an impact in Heritage's last game. He rushed for 112 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 14 carries.

Alcoa's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Heritage, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Everything came up roses for Alcoa against Heritage when the teams last played back in September of 2016, as the team secured a 41-14 win. Will the Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Mountaineers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
