Preview: Snow Hill Eagles vs. Kent County Trojans
Snow Hill has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against The Kent County Trojans at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.
Last Thursday, Snow Hill came up short against Northampton and fell 35-24.
The losing side was boosted by Zyheem Collick, who picked up 97 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
Meanwhile, Kent County was beaten by Colonel Richardson 57-8 on Thursday.
Snow Hill has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Kent County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
Snow Hill suffered a grim 49-26 defeat to Kent County in their previous matchup back in October of 2022. Can Snow Hill avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
