Everett dropped down to 6-2 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. The game between the Warriors and the Tussey Mountain Titans didn't end well, with the Warriors falling 26-7. The loss was just more heartbreak for the Warriors who fell 28-26 when the teams previously met back in October of 2023.

Despite the loss, Everett still got an impressive performance from Jakobe Harman, who rushed for 81 yards and one touchdown.

As for Tussey Mountain, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.3 points over those games.

Noah Lucko continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 171 yards, while also picking up 61 receiving yards and one TD. Tussey Mountain is undefeated when Lucko posts 100 or more rushing yards, but 0-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Everett will host Meyersdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Warriors 14.9, the Red Raiders 12.9) so any points scored will be well earned. As for Tussey Mountain, they will head out on the road to challenge Clear Spring at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
