Basketball Recap: Dixon Comes Up Short on the Road Against Geneseo + How To Watch

Dixon kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Geneseo Maple Leafs by a score of 65-62. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Jack Kreiss had an outrageously good game for Geneseo as he went 12-for-22 on his way to 25 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaydon Burrage, who posted ten points along with seven steals and five boards.

Dixon has already played their next matchup, a 75-27 loss against Central on the 26th. As for Geneseo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-53 defeat against Belvidere North on the 28th.
