Baseball Recap: Page Wins Going Away Against Western Guilford

While Page put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Western Guilford. Page was the clear victor by a 12-0 margin over Western Guilford. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Brooks Klaber, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three). Another player making a difference was Preston Miller, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Page's record now sits at 6-9. As for Western Guilford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.
