Pleasant Grove had won ten straight at home dating back to last season, but  on Tuesday they bumped up to 11-3 to make it 11. They were the clear victors by  a  33-7 margin over the Cosumnes Oaks Wolfpack. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven contests by 20  points or more  so far this season.
 Kathrine Myers threw for 176 yards and four  TDs.   Makayla Teel was her top target, picking up 116 receiving yards and a pair of  scores.
As for Cosumnes Oaks,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-6. The defensive woes were  uncharacteristic for they, who until this  game were averaging 14.5  points allowed.
 Despite the loss, Cosumnes Oaks still got an impressive performance from   Avery Nogosek, who threw for 173 yards and five  touchdowns. 80 of those passing yards were hauled in by Abby Greene.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pleasant Grove is set to  take on  their familiar foe Laguna Creek  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cosumnes Oaks will  face off against  rival Monterey Trail  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Wolfpack 14.5, the Mustangs 14.8) so any  points scored will be well earned.
