Volleyball Recap: Johnson Comes Up Short

Johnson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Chestatee War Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the War Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on August 12th.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Chestatee, they moved to 4-9 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

After both having extra time off, Johnson and North Hall will shake off the rust and duke it out at 8:00 a.m. on September 6. As for Chestatee, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against West Hall on the 28th.
