Basketball Recap: Woodbridge Takes a Loss

Woodbridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 62-59 heartbreaker at the hands of the Forest Park Bruins. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Vikings still had to take the loss.

Woodbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for Forest Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Woodbridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Forest Park, they will face off against Potomac Senior at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Potomac Senior sitting on ten straight victories and Forest Park on three.
