 Wamego never got on the board in their matchup last Friday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Chapman on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Chapman Fighting Irish with a sharp  10-3 victory.
 For Chapman's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Aven Woods, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Wamego has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-3-1 record  this season. As for Chapman, they now  have a losing record at 10-11.
 Wamego will stay at home for another  game and welcome Rock Creek on Thursday. Wamego's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1  runs per game  this season, so Rock Creek's hitters will have their work cut out for them. Chapman does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
