Softball Game Preview: Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees vs. Robstown Cottonpickers

Tuloso-Midway has gone 8-2 against Robstown recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Warriors & Cherokees will head out to take on the Cottonpickers at 7:00 p.m. Tuloso-Midway will be strutting in after a win while Robstown will be coming in after a loss.

Tuloso-Midway's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over Zapata. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors & Cherokees.

Meanwhile, Robstown lost 13-2 to Calallen on Tuesday. The Cottonpickers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Robstown saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jianna Olguin, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Tuloso-Midway's victory bumped their record up to 16-9-1. As for Robstown, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7.

Tuloso-Midway came up short against Robstown when the teams last played back in March, falling 5-2. Can the Warriors & Cherokees avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
