Football Game Preview: Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals vs. Bear Lake Lakers

The Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals will head out to square off against the Bear Lake Lakers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Whittemore-Prescott has struggled recently with six defeats in a row, while Bear Lake will arrive with three straight victories.

Whittemore-Prescott managed to slip by Heston Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cardinals had to suffer through a 59-8 loss at the hands of the Patriots.

Meanwhile, Bear Lake took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 65-14 win over Caseville. The Lakers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 48 points or more this season.

Bear Lake's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Whittemore-Prescott, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
