Baseball Recap: Bucktail Takes a Loss

Bucktail was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the Millville Quakers. The matchup marked the Bucks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bucktail saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cael Dorman, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Dorman also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Bucktail's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Millville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bucktail is set to take on their familiar foe Northwest Area at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Millville will challenge rival Neumann Regional Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
