Softball Recap: Amory Panthers vs. Ripley Tigers
Amory blew Ripley out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Ripley got their revenge. The Amory Panthers fell just short of the Ripley Tigers by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Panthers couldn't push the score so high this time.
Amory saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Samone Burdine, who went 1-for-4 with one RBI.
