Soccer Recap: Bangor Takes a Loss

Bangor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Berrien Springs Shamrocks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Bangor of the 5-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Bangor's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Berrien Springs, their win bumped their record up to 6-3-2.

Looking ahead, Bangor is taking a road trip to challenge Bloomingdale at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Berrien Springs, they will take on Brandywine at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
