Baseball Recap: Parkrose Takes a Loss

Parkrose's last matchup with Hillsboro could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Tuesday. The Broncos came up short against the Spartans, falling 11-2. The Broncos' loss continues a trend for the team, making it ten in a row.

Parkrose saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joaquin Degroot, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI. That RBI marked the first that Degroot has brought in this season.

Parkrose's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Hillsboro, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-8.
