Softball Recap: Borah Comes Up Short

Borah lost against Kuna back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions lost 10-2 to the Kavemen. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Olyvia Chalifoux was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one home run and one stolen base.

Borah's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Kuna, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Borah will square off against Eagle at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Mustangs have averaged an impressive 9.5 runs per game this season.
