It may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Mount St. Joseph ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 96-93 victory over the John Carroll Patriots. The Gaels' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Mount St. Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Coming up, Mount St. Joseph will square off against Archbishop Curley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for John Carroll, they will take on Heritage at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Huskies have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
