Baseball Recap: Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts Takes a Loss

Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts fell victim to Whitwell and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 10-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since March 4, 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts and nudges their season record down to 15-6. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 19-5 Sale Creek (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 72.6% over those games). As for Whitwell, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-10-1.

Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Whitwell, they have already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Sale Creek on the 10th.
