Soccer Game Preview: Copiah Academy vs. Oak Forest Academy

The Copiah Academy Colonels will venture away from home to square off against the Oak Forest Academy Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Copiah Academy has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since December 8.

Copiah Academy fell victim to Cathedral and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Green Wave by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Oak Forest Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Cathedral two weeks ago and fell 3-2.

Copiah Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Oak Forest Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1.

Copiah Academy might still be hurting after the 5-1 loss they got from Oak Forest Academy in their previous meeting back in December of 2025. Can the Colonels avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
