            Volleyball Recap: Norwalk Truckers vs. Columbian Tornadoes        
        
		
        
        
            Norwalk had lost three straight at home, but  on Thursday they dropped down to 9-8 to make it four. They fell just short of the Columbian Tornadoes by a score of  3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tornadoes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  back in September.
As for Columbian, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record  this season. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory they have posted  since September 13th.
  Emma Daugherty was a one-woman wrecking crew as she  had 17  digs and six  assists. That's the most  digs  she has posted since back in September.  Madi Shriver also deserves some recognition as  she  served her first  ace of the season.
 Norwalk has already played their next contest,  a  2-0  win against Shelby on the 4th. As for Columbian, they will face off against Lexington at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday.
