Groton-Dunstable extended their home winning streak to seven games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Ella Barske. The Crusaders put the hurt on the Shepherd Hill Regional Rams with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday with plenty of help from Barske, who had 12 digs and four aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 20 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Groton-Dunstable not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Shepherd Hill Regional between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-14, 25-14.

Groton-Dunstable's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Coming up, Groton-Dunstable will head out on the road to challenge Wachusett Regional at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Shepherd Hill Regional, they will be playing at home against Leominster at 5:30 p.m. on the 26th.
